Why are only 3% of Network Marketers successful?

I pondered for a long time why only 3% made it big, why couldn’t more people get it right, what incentive did they need? The problem as I saw it was that people couldn’t pay the premiums because they weren’t earning enough commssion from their downline. A system was needed where money would be lent to prospective network marketers monthly for a limited period to meet the premiums of whatever network marketing product they chose to get involved with. These loans were dependent on them getting a minimum of three people on their first level, and helping those three people get three people each. Most of the local network marketing companies had a 3×6 matrix. Some went down to 10 levels, and some only to four. And most required at least three on your first level or you wouldn’t earn any commission! The loan would be repaid in two ways; 1) from commission that they earned from building their own downline, and 2) from commission that I earned from them being on my downline.
So I built such a system; simple, elegant and it worked! And more importantly business took off! It was so good that the concept and copyright was stolen by two different companies, sadly they mismanged it, and they both eventually crashed. The network that I was building because of the loan scheme took off, then it slowed, and eventually it just limped along. It took me a while to figure it out, and when I did, I finally understood why only 3% really succeeded at network marketing, and it changed my whole approach to network marketing. The reason that 97% that were not successful was simple, they were plain lazy and not prepared to work. And even incentives like loans would not help – all these people had to do was get three people and help those three get three, that was it! AND THEY COULDN’T DO IT, BECAUSE THEY WANTED SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR THEM! And this is why you get such a high percentage of unmet premiums, and failed network marketers! Who also give it a bad name.
You have to find committed people!
